Ingredients:
- 400g spaghetti
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 100ml olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until the garlic is golden brown.
- Toss in the cooked spaghetti and a bit of the reserved pasta water. Mix well to combine.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley before serving.
Recipe 2: Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 200g yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala spice mix
- 1 onion, chopped
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 100ml cream

Instructions:
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and tikka masala for at least 1 hour.
- In a saucepan, cook onions until softened, then add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked.
- Add cream and simmer for another 5 minutes before serving with rice or naan.
Recipe 3: Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 225g unsalted butter
- 200g brown sugar
- 100g granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 350g all-purpose flour
- 200g chocolate chips

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Gradually mix in the flour until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them out. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
