Recipe 1: Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until the garlic is golden brown.
  3. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and a bit of the reserved pasta water. Mix well to combine.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley before serving.

Recipe 2: Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 200g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala spice mix
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 400g chopped tomatoes
  • 100ml cream
    Chicken Tikka Masala

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and tikka masala for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a saucepan, cook onions until softened, then add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked.
  4. Add cream and simmer for another 5 minutes before serving with rice or naan.

Recipe 3: Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 225g unsalted butter
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 350g all-purpose flour
  • 200g chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  3. Gradually mix in the flour until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them out. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
